At Bruno's Bows, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your bow tie or accessory isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or wear.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
